The "Business Advisor Certificate" (known as the "Certification de conseiller.ère aux entreprises" in Quebec) is used in more than 50 countries to professionalize the practice of business consulting. The program is recognized by professionals in the field as a standard for developing the interpersonal skills needed to support entrepreneurs.

Why pursue certification as a business consultant?
Business consultant certification helps structure, consolidate, and formally recognize the skills acquired in the field. It addresses both interpersonal and technical skills, which are essential for rigorous and ethical consulting practice.

The certification is designed for anyone who supports businesses, regardless of their industry, experience, or location. Whether you’re just starting your career or are a seasoned professional, the certification provides you with guidelines, reminders, and tools, as well as valuable connections with colleagues across the country. Certified individuals will join a community of more than 5,000 professionals certified by GrowthWheel.
How does it work?
The certification consists of six independent modules, each lasting two hours, offered in a workshop format, online, or in person. To earn the certification, participants must complete three modules; thereafter, they must complete one module per year to maintain their certification.
MAIN will offer its first modules in French starting in the summer of 2026:
- July 7, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (online): Customer Journey: Mastering the Customer Journey from Welcome to Impact
- August 4, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (online): Customer Relations: Building Trust with Your Customers
- August 25, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (online): Client Ethics: Integrating Principles and Standards into Daily Practice
The modules are available for $175 each (member price Cercle) or $250 (non-member price).
