FAQ
When does the subscription start?
Upon activation of the Entrepreneur Profile by the entrepreneur (not at the time of purchase), no later than three (3) months after your purchase.
For group purchases and gifts, how are they allocated?
Contractors will receive a subscription link and a promotional code from you.
Is this confidential?
The entrepreneur must create their entrepreneurial profile on the MAIN portal, where their information remains confidential. See our privacy policy. The entrepreneur will also receive access to the Dialogue digital health platform. All health information remains 100% confidential between the client and Dialogue and is not shared with MAIN or the supporting organization.
Is the subscription transferable?
Once the subscription is activated, it is available only to the subscriber and their family. It cannot be shared or transferred.
What are the main inclusions and exclusions of digital coverage?
Parapluie provides access to the full range of Dialogue programs (physical care, mental health+, employee assistance program, wellness tools). Service providers are available through Dialogue. Services not listed above are therefore not available, including external services contracted by the subscriber. The subscription does not cover reimbursements for services contracted by the subscriber outside the Dialogue platform.
